Moving from Surviving to Thriving

What are the most important mindsets that leaders must use? How do we know whether we’re doing so? The measurements we used before no longer the capture real concerns of leaders today. This 3-hour experience is an organizational-wide assessment that measures six drivers of health within organizations. Using an online multi-media tool, your team will receive real-time results about the level of “thriving” (or not) behind your team’s performance. A facilitated conversation is then had for leaders to do a thoughtful exchange about the results that are found, and to plan the next steps.
