The new Frontier of Productivity

The Post-Pandemic Leadership program offers a one-day thought leadership conference for leaders, with ongoing coaching in small groups afterward. Designed for middle managers and up, we begin with two keynote addresses on a) the deep fatigue most leaders are feeling and b) the productivity challenges of today. In small group coaching afterwards (2 x 2-hour sessions), we focus on the leadership challenges related to business and workplace evolution, and the psychology of pandemic-related trauma in the workforce. Together, we’ll learn what can be done about this, and how leaders can get there.
