Q: Why is this Leadership Workshop a complimentary offering?
A: There are a few reasons. First, we want to provide real value to potential clients. We want them to experience the “service” before engaging further. Second, the data we capture is used for our research (after all personal and confidential data is removed). Third, this is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.
Q: How do you run this session (i.e. logistics)?
We can deliver this workshop in person, virtually, or in a hybrid environment. We take care of all technical needs (just need good WiFi), facilitation, data capture, etc. We prepare with the executive sponsor ahead of the session and debrief on findings right after.
Q: Is the feedback you capture anonymous?
By default, we do NOT capture participant names, contact info, or anything except for their role and scores… data captured is completely anonymous.
Q: What group size is this session designed for? Who should we invite?
This is generally designed for broad groups of 10 to 100 leaders across all levels.
